thankful for.

Cheap, convenient and fun crafts!!  Ok, I am thankful for many things, but this is the one I am currently thankful for, as it allowed me to get the pie making underway, and kept kiddos occupied.  It was cheap too!!!!  Seriously, a few soft apples noone would eat, a bunch of fruity cheerios, a few gum drops and toothpicks, then give to kids with basic instructions and let the creativity flow!!!  The results are so cute, and funny, such imagination my kids have!  We also made the placemats with cheapo book cover plastic, art frames paper and a bunch of found leaves and bits from the yard and from our walk,  and cover, and voila, placemat, we added what we are thankful for to them as well, very nice!!  Good crafts for those busy holiday days when many things need to get done, without little helping hands, try it and let me know the results!!

Julianna's looks like it is trying out a bit of birdy ballet!!

Gabe's with big clumpy feet

Mia's has a nice wattle, per her request;-)

Mia made a turkey out of leaves, so cute!

I am also thankful for a perfect rose, with its sweet fragrance,
and a perfect bunch of hydrangeas, wonderful!!!
