Do you ever have one of those days, that make you want to take a time out yourself? I am having one today, have been since early this morning, it all started well enough, kiddos slept a bit late, I got early coffee and quiet, but went down hill fast.
Currently I have refereed 2 fights, have mediated for 2-3 "discussions" have sent a few kids to reread a few passages of their Bible, have "discussed/explored" said verses of Bibles, have had swim class, where one proceeded to pitch a fit and cry for 10 minutes, then in the showers another fell apart and cried for 10 minutes(requiring another shower to clean up the boogies), and now have doped all kids for allergies, and am hoping for a better afternoon, after a loooooong time out, in beds, with a few cat naps thrown in for good measure. What a day, and it is only lunch time, mommy needs a time out, in quiet corner, with my head against the wall, maybe with some rocking thrown in on occasion, ugghhhhhhh, when will Jon be home???
Seriously, blogger must agree, it just lost my post, and bumped me out of blogger, thankfully it had saved a draft, but without part of the post, uuughhhhh, calgon take me away
