Today was supposed to be a 1/2 day at school for K, but apparently we were wrong, and that is tomorrow, no good for me as the cable guy is coming, hmmm, that is trouble.
Outside right now it is raining cats and kittens, no dogs yet, but yucky enough. Not a good day to inspire ambition, especially since I had planned things to do with 5 kiddos, not regular school stuff, so now we cannot seem to get on track, so a wash. I think we will explore math and building, and a bit of reading aloud from Anne of Green Gables, J wants to build a lego sculpture from what she hears in the Anne book, should be interesting. Then maybe some math work with a card game, and gymnastics, so a very lazy day, filled with quiet reading time and napping, ahhhh, napping, a good day after all, maybe...;-)
