A very moving Message.

Well I just returned home from our morning service and had to comment on it. Over the past month we have been going over the book of John, this week
"And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: and when he had made a scourge of Small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep and the oxen:and poured out the changers of money, and overthrew the tables:
And said unto them that sold doves, take these things hence : make not my Fathers house an house of merchandise" John 2:14,2:16
The pastor was excited abut how Jesus took the Whip and cleaned house just imagine Jesus going to town lie one of the old westerns throwing out everyone who disgraced his Fathers temple. Yeah go Jesus!! I mean just one week before this, his apostle where watching him turn empty water Jars into Whine and now this. It was a great message then he hit home with one question. You cheer about Jesus clearing out all of the people trying to turn his word into a business and ruin the word of God by doing wrong to the poor people in charging for worship. But what do you thin Jesus would do to you and me when he looks at our Temples( bodies) because we are temples of God? What would Jesus need to Whip out of us? would you be cheering him n if you saw him with a whop heading toward you and me?
Kind of makes you think of how we truly behave about and with God are we just playing church? or do we want to be a body of Christ and live like hi, I know its tough but I personally know what changes he has done fr me and what battles i yet have won and a working on .
so I will wrap this up with this Everything you want and need is possible through Jesus
God bless Jon
