Oh what a morning!! Poor Julianna had to go to the dentist and have 2 fillings done, well that was trauma for her and I both. I had to hold down her hands and sing in her ear just to get her to let them numb her with the shot, poor baby! She was really upset and scared but the dentist is a very nice girl and let her cry for a minute and calm down before she continued. I had to tell Julianna about every step of what they were doing and she had to check out the drill bits before they went into her mouth, and the dental assistant thought it was funny that I compared the tooth clamp and bits to daddy's tools, and how she helped him clamp the wood for her ladder and fill holes with wood glue, and Julianna did think that the drying light was neat and wants one for daddy to use. The visit went well and quick, and Julianna was all smiles when it was over, but we will have to return in a few weeks to get a few more fillings!! But currently all is well since Julianna has a new friend to play with(the dentist gives out toys to the kids after their visit), and a raspberry smoothie that tastes like ice cream, so life is not that bad for her right now, and since it is raining we are going to spend a quiet day in the house being lazy, so life is not that bad for me right now either.
